My father actually, had a battle of prostate cancer, and he passed in 2023. so it is all that much more important to be here to, get the word out, to get people's awareness, to really tap in, tune in to our bodies, take care of ourselves, and, and care about our healths more personally, more intently. It's so important to care about yourself and to advocate for your own health and your own wellness. and that takes intention and drive and purpose and, we've all got to, again, tune in and tap in in that way to ourselves. And it sounds selfish, but it's so important because that's how we can serve each other.
